Job Description:
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
Manage relationships with mapped customers to increase the depth of existing relationships.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential client’s excellent leadership and communication skills.
Good Communication in English, Hindi, & Marathi languages.
Must be an innovative, self-starter with abilities.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Male candidate preferred.
Required Candidate profile:
Experience of 6+ months in ED-tech sales.
Should Be Able to Provide Professional Advice and Guidance to Students Interested in the Courses
Would Work Towards Specific Revenue and Student Targets Set By the Company. The Ideal Candidate Should Be a Graduate with Good Communication Skills.
Should have a Strong Interest in Working with People, Be Highly Motivated, and Result Orientated with a Strong Interest in Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
